Made To Order

All watches are made to order.
Because of this, processing, assembly, quality control, and preparation can take approximately 4–5 weeks before shipment.

We believe this ensures every piece meets the standard expected from Alkimos.

• Worldwide shipping available (calculated at checkout)
• Estimated total delivery timeframe: approximately 5-6 weeks including build time
• Delivery times vary depending on destination
• Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically.

 

Returns & Refunds

At Alkimos Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return your watch within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is:

• Unworn and in its original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and documentation.
• Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alkimos Watches cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for watches that have been:

• Worn or used.
• Modified or resized without approval.
• Damaged after delivery.

If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.
